Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Samparko Nursing Home & Diagnostics, we strive to provide quality healthcare and diagnostic services with transparency and patient satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Appointment Cancellation
Patients can cancel their appointment by contacting us via phone or email at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made within the allowed time are eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Diagnostic Test Cancellation
- Diagnostic tests can be cancelled before sample collection or procedure initiation.
- Once the test has started or samples have been collected, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.
3. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.
- In case of cash payments, refunds may be provided via bank transfer or in person.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed diagnostic tests or consultations
- Emergency or urgent medical services
- Services already availed partially or fully
5. Rescheduling Policy
- Patients can request rescheduling once, subject to availability.
- Requests must be made at least 6 hours before appointment time.
6. Cancellation by Samparko Nursing Home & Diagnostics
In rare cases where we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Patients will be informed promptly.
- A full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.
